Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MSP Group for your services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation policy below:

(a) If the cancellation request is made after the masterclass has been accessed, the customer will be provided with return fees only after deducting any applicable charges related to the initial access taking into consideration the number of days attended or accessed by the customer plus GST and other applicable service charges, this will be applicable only if it is found by our team that the customer is not attending or taking access of the masterclass from the date of his/her making application for cancellation request.

(b) Once the cancellation is confirmed, and our team finds that the customer is still attending or taking access of the Masterclass, then we will initiate a refund for the masterclass cost, by deducting any applicable charges related to the initial access only after taking into consideration of the number of days attended or accessed by the customer, and also minus the GST and other necessary applicable service charges.

(c) Your application must mention your full name, age, contact information, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting for cancellation process.

(d) If your reasons are satisfactory and convincing then we can start the process of cancellation.

(e) Cancellation process will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in (a) and (b) above.
